The firm
Akash & Co. is a firm of practising Company Secretaries based in Noida, in the Delhi-NCR region. Established in 2019, the firm advises private companies, startups, founders and growing enterprises on the full range of corporate secretarial, governance and compliance matters.
We believe good compliance is quiet. Done well, it keeps a company in good standing, protects its directors, and creates a clean record that makes fundraising, audits and transactions far easier. Our job is to make that happen reliably, so you can focus on running and growing your business.
Akash Goel — Founder
Akash Goel is a Company Secretary and the founder of Akash & Co. He has been in practice since 2019, advising companies on incorporation, ongoing ROC and MCA compliance, secretarial audit, FEMA and foreign-investment matters, SEBI and listing requirements, and corporate transactions including mergers and amalgamations.
